Yeah, it is time to make at least a bit of cleanup in here...
I'll look into it and see what system allows me to do...
pics are looking good fellas, keep posting up.
here is just a few quick shots from over the week.
Why people put down the Zil so much. it is not as bad as people make it out to be.
up hill, in mud, over sticks and fallen trees. lol
took a quick spin on Pixelmonkey's Badlands 2. quite nice so far imo.
just a random shot
of course i got to get some landscape shots.
New project
Going for an old scrapyard look for this 78 K10. Making different versions aswell: diesel dually with fifth wheel trailer and a big ass lifted mud bogger.
@a-slice-of-pizza Idk what your settings and stuff are, but jeez. That looks like a game from the early 2000's. Why do people prefer this strange look? Truck looks like a good model, but the textures need some work. Not bad for a beginner mod.
Taking advantage of the winch to make a 6 point garage load in the B-131.
Still need 2 more garage points, but do I really need to backtrack the B-131 all the way back to that first garage? I know, I'll just winch to my jeep. Can I make it?
Wasn't easy but I made it. On sold ground, 1-3 gear, and diff locked AWD the jeep can make some good momentum. However soft mud is a issue. This required a lot of winching, but hey the jeep got it done.
Exploring The Valley in the F-150. I don't know why this pic looks dull, I know it's a old map but it looked a lot brighter in game, it looked like the American Wilds maps to a degree, obviously the old maps has the cloudy skies and such. But still, it wasn't dull like in this pic.
F-150 making it's way across a wide river.
Kinda stuck in this trench.

I agree and I see this type of mod with simple/primitive textures more and more in the workshop from various people. I can't tell if the mods are unfinished or if that's the look the modders are going for. Either way, I won't touch these or I delete them as soon as I test them in the game. There are too many good looking mods in the workshop to bother with this type. Having said that, that first pic with mud from a distance looks good. As you said, just needs better textures.
Here are some more pics from me. As you can see I like pretty much any vehicle, as long as it's of high quality. I'm not an artist so I like to start with a good looking model including the textures, but if the specs or sounds are crap I can fix those on my end.

I like the B-130 too, especially after I enabled diff lock on it. It's quite capable, especially when the back is weighed down. But empty and without diff lock it can be frustrating.
@brazz989 2nd and 3rd picture: don't even dare to tell me, that you would go in there like that...

Oh man, depends what I was driving I guess, but still sketchy for sure lol.

Or if you want to take a "shortcut" you could load 4 long logs in that C-255 (unpacked), and basically have a 12-point load with some unloading. That's less useful on the official maps with just 2 lumber mills, but this technique comes in handy on mod levels that usually have 6 or 7 lumber mills.
