When said contract is completed, the cutscene plays, but the focus is promptly stolen by what at first looks like some sort of a flying object. Turns out it's some sort of an arrow mark suspended in the air in the middle of the camera pan.

The arrow is still there in 29.0. I'm guessing it's not removed in PTS 30.1 either.
