[PTS 25.2] Issues with the shadows across BC

Various issues with rendering shadows occur at many places across British Columbia, in this ticket, Duncan Bay is taken as an example, used settings are the shadows being set on Ultra.

Most notably the shadows seems to flicker based on camera position between realtime casted ones and those baked into the map at the eastern side of the central mountain on Duncan's.

This issue is notable around hour 6:40 in the morning and likely about past 18:00 in the evening. All is good midday around 13:00.

Another issue, whether related or not, seems to be related on how the shadows are casted over various objects in relation to the distance from the camera.
It's also notable near the same spot as above:

^ shadow settings set to High in this particular video
such effect is seen in a many other places across the map, with really hard transition and weirdly lit objects, mainly foliage.

The first issue has been fixed, the other one remains.
