Sometimes terrain starts flickering between the material and vehicle tracks in it. Before pressing record I've driven around the North Peak National Park garage territory on K-700 and Gor BY-4, recovered K-700, quit to main menu, loaded the game and deployed K-700 from the garage:

Where the Gor BY-4 stood at that time:

Switched to my Chevrolet Apache parked by the Duncan Bay observatory and noticed the same flickering. It happens when the truck is moving, tracks can even disappear completely at certain points. Could possibly be related to the rocks material seen in both the video from the first post and the screenshots below:
