What's going on with this game's performance?
I'm getting stutters and crazy fps drops, totally unplayable.
Tried tweaking the settings, reinstalling, followed a few tutorials and nothing.
It used to run ok.

This is upsetting and sad how they can't get the game to run smoothly over 3 years now.
