Building: Auxiliary Fuel Station

Issue: Manual loading is not possible as the "Fuel" is stuck in the loading zone.

I tryed restarted/rebooted the game and PC and replaced the goods multiple times but it can't be pulled with the crane away from the loading zone.

Workaround: Autoload (but it's disapointing as playing Hard Mode and have to pay for it)
