hi while playing Insurgency sandstorm on Xbox one i've found that the enenmy team is the ony one who can win a game. if the enemy wins two rounds in succsesion the gamebar will show 0 2 whilst if the palyers team wins it shows 0 0 . this means every time the players team cannot win a match.
