i recently started playing the game after having it for a while from ps+.

I'm currently using a cutlass, nothing special, just a rare one i got from a random merchant. I want to replace it with something better but somehow everything else is weaker?

For example i have the light flamberge, and i finally leveled agility enough to be able to use it, but it does 51 less damage.

So does the court sword, steel dagger, or everything else that's supposed to be better. Why is that?
