as you know the game will be released at the end of this month on consoles but I do not know whether there will be a patch for the new consoles (ps5 / xbx serie x) upon release or until 2022?

Pretty sure the "Next-Gen" update is just 4K60 active at release. Previous gen versions are 30 fps.
