I have the trial for a plague tale innocence for ps4. I accidentally got the PlayStation plus upgrade for ps5 and now can't buy the game for ps4. When I go to the buy the full game link in the games menu, it takes me to a page where it says the full game is already installed, but it is just the trial.

I contacted playstation support, and they said it was a license issue and to contact the developer. The help desk is closed until August 9th. If anyone knows of a way to help my problem before the 9th that would be awesome. If not guess I am stuck until then.

My dad ps4 did the same thing, i got so upset about it because i wanted to play it the full version, but i did get to play Plague Tale Innocence, i didn't play it on ps4 i played it on the computer on epicgames.
