So I keep trying to find this issue from others online and I have only seen it mentioned once. I have a 1080 OC, 9700k, 32 gigs of ram which can play almost all games maximum settings. I get anywhere from 40-60 fps with 4k or over 100 fps in 1440p. My ping is around 36-40 latency.
My issue is whenever someone shoots at me my game pretty much freezes up until I am dead. So most gun fights I am dead as soon as they see me. Is there anything to fix this issue, because this game is unplayable, which is ludicrous for the computer I am running.
