First time reporting a bug. I had started a new game to play thru as a multiplayer with random players. one of the other players completed the hummer rescue mission without me. I never accepted the mission nor did I take part in it. the hummer was now available to use. however the option to buy one was still locked. essentially I owned a vehicle I hadn't unlocked. I completed this mission on another players game and still cannot buy one.
