Multiplayer exploits

The game is still currently too vulnerable to multiplayer exploits that plagued the launch of the first game.


For example: The fleet in the screenshot is worth over 1400 points in fleet designer, but spawns in multiplayer just fine. I only went 200 points over budget to create an example, but it could just as easily be 2000 points over budget which would essentially be an guaranteed victory.

Please fix this before the actual game launch, otherwise many people (myself included) would just never play public multiplayer in fear of cheaters.

Most simple solution is to simply prevent someone from searching for matches unless their fleet is under the required points. Some of the premade fleets go a bit over the max points, thus the devs did not put a cap on it.
