When playing through the Tutorial level, I couldn't finish the map, because the game glitched out at the part where we have to change to Commander class and call in the Gunship.
Despite having an NPC Observer standing right next to me, the support marker never changed to green, so I couldn't call in the Gunship, and thus couldn't finish the mission.
