Improve gore mechanics?

is a suggestion to improve the realism and the immersion.

-improve the blood pools: when you shoot someone in the head the blood pool form behind the body. what should logically happen is that the pool of blood forms behind the head, not the body

-I've seen how someone gets a direct rpg in the body and simply flew the head or arm or leg etc, what should happen is that they fly more or 3 limbs in a direct impact of rpg

-Another problem would be that around the amputations there is no blood, it is a clean cut, and behind the amputation on the floor there are no puddles of blood which looks a bit strange.
