I will literally be standing ONE FOOT from a target and hip-fire them in the chest with half a mag and none of the rounds will connect and I'll get killed. I've adjusted my aim, positioning, everything, but it still happens from time to time. I've lost rounds because of this. Before you say its my trash aim, people spectating me have said that there was absolutely no way those rounds could have missed their intended target.

@GrizzlyGrave I think this carrying mechanism is similar to RO2(Red Orchestra).Firearms do have inertia,and when u shift left and right in a hip-fire position,extended line of barrel won't compeletly steady with your arm and body.Even u r in a Aim-down-sight position,its hard to synchronize your line of sight with aiming line when u move your body/arm/head.
