I drove the orange truck all the way to the finish (without towing the other one) and then drove out of the end of the finish and back to the last river. As I arrived at the riverside, it suddenly popped the "mission complete" dialog, even though it wasn't at all.

I haven't tried to repro this but I'm hoping this will jog some sort of "ohhhh yes" in a developer's mind.
