How does scoring at the end of the match work?

Sometimes I only join a game to end and win 6000 points, sometimes I play like crazy all game capping obj, doing kills and get 1500 points.

Time spent alive appears to be the main factor.

Um so afking in a corner with jump macro will gain you best xp? Sounds solid.

No, because if you lose you only get the token loss XP. But staying back and cautious play is definitely rewarded in the current system.

This happens to me as well. It seems random. Does you level in game differ from what it says at home screen?

I honestly don't know. I can't understand the system at all. In game points are always a lot less. I think usually bad or good game points are something like 100-700, in tally screen I get 1500-6500.

Just being alive doesn't count towards exp alone. Getting last kill also doesn't count sometimes.

This is before release but going crazy in coop can be really rewarding.
