This happens more often with the security launcher, now I cant say for certain but I noticed that sometimes when I pick one up and roll my mouse wheel forward immediately to switch back to my primary it won't work. Then rolling forward or backward thereafter won't work at all. I have to press one of the other buttons that are bound to another weapon like knife or nade or pistol. Not all of them work but eventually, after sitting there mashing one of the others it will switch and I can then scroll up and down with the mouse wheel again.

I confirm that one.
Have that bug too whenever i pick them up.
Have to press keybind for secondary weapon and then the keybind for primary weapon.
