Reproduce:
Start a video playing with VLC Media Player 3.0.4.
Pause and/or Minimise the video.
Start Sandstorm and join a game as per normal.
Press V to open comms radial.
The VLC Media Player will start playing in the background, noticeable by audio, and does not pause again. Requires alt-tabbing our of Sandstorm to close VLC.

Reproducibility: 100% consistent.

dude! same thing happens to me! on VLC but it happens when i hit the push to talk butoon (which is mapped to CTRL) lol

some how the voip for me is acting as a media play/pause button in VLC
