Interrupting the respawn loading weapon switching animation by equipping your gas mask makes you equip your pistol with a bunch of rifle attachments on it. This is 100% reproducible.

Just reproduced this while swapping weapons and interrupting the animation with the gas mask instead of reloading. All of your gear gets bugged up until you take out your rifle.
