Hi there,

First off all here are my system specs:
Ryzen 5 1600 @3.8ghz @1.38v
Pny gtx 1080ti @stock speeds just 120% voltage limit
Corsair 3200mhz ram (running at 3000)

So while playing sandstorm (awesome game btw) I see very low gpu usage and only 45-65 fps..
Cpu usage: 35-50%
Gpu usage: around 50%
Gpu temps: 63ish degrees.

I just need more then 60 fps to enjoy this game more. Expecting at least 80-90ish..
Is this a known problem with a fix or just a problem waiting for a fix?
