I reported this bug via email and discord a while ago, but it still persists on the latest PTS build (13.0).

Missing texture on the background of Grainwoods River. The road from which it can be seen is also marked. Playing on PC with medium graphics, no mods.

The floating pole is also still present. Grainwoods River again, a few meters to the right when exiting the garage.
