You need two metal rolls to craft a metal beam
What it says there is that you have already two metal beams but 0/2 rolls to craft a new metal beam

@JTT maybe one thing made you confuse about the products they craft and I think that thing is the name of that particular crafting zone.
The zone is called "Rolled Steel factory" but they don't produce rolled steel (metal rolls) they product other products, happens the same in the one in Big Salmon.
A few days ago I made a post about that, I don't know if that is really an issue in english but in the spanish translation you have various factories with the same name that suggest that they do metal rolls but not all the sites craft metal rolls.

Yeah, its a bit confusing. For example, in Yukon, in the first map you can craft 2 rolls from 1 beam and in the second map you can do exactly the opposite, craft 1 beam from 2 rolls.
