Bought the game the day 1.8 launched and could never customize my security character. Insurgents work just fine. Security shows female character regardless of the gender slider, the one correspoding to male has no options (it has the categories like hair voice etc but nothing inside them) female has some options but less than it should. Tried switching back and forth between insurgent and security to no avail. Tried checking file integrity and re-installing the game and didnt work either.

It's been a week an a half, ANY kind of response would be appreciated, its so sad to see so many reports on this forums and all of them completely unadressed
