I previously had the game installed, got halfway through and it started to say I needed an update.

The update wouldn't download, I tried uninstalling the game to reinstall it but now the game won't install at all. Is this a known bug on the Xbox One S?

Did you try to turn everything off, unplug the console and try it out once more?
We are unaware of such issue, we will investigate it.

I did several times, the most recent it worked.

It could have been an issue on my end or something strange with the game, as I installed other ones without issue.

Either way I appreciate the prompt reply and I'm getting back on with my island exploration as we speak!
